The UBC Department of Orthopaedics hosted its 4th annual Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) Fall Research Forum on November 28, 2024, to showcase some of the invaluable research conducted by UBC Orthopaedics students and trainees.
This year’s event was chaired by UBC Orthopaedics’ UGME Director Dr. Lise Leveille and Associate Director Dr. Lauren Roberts. Presentations were limited to four minutes followed by a one-minute discussion with the review panel. This year also featured a new rapid-fire category of short three-minute presentations followed by a panel-style conversation with UBC Orthopaedics Clinical Instructor Dr. Michael Bond and Clinical Fellow Dr. Luckshman Bavan.
Congratulations to all the presenters! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event a tremendous success. You can read all the abstracts and details about the event here.
