Orthopaedic Update & BCOA Annual Meeting 2024
2024 THEME: SOLE (SOUL) TO SHOULDER
The UBC Department of Orthopaedics and BC Orthopaedic Association (BCOA) hosted the annual Orthopaedic Update, a two-day conference for orthopaedic surgeons across British Columbia May 2-3, 2024 to stay informed of current research and innovations in clinical practice. This conference was available to remote attendees through a Zoom-Panopto livestream.
PRE-CONFERENCE (IN PERSON ONLY) – ORTHOPAEDIC RESEARCH DAY (MAY 1, 2024) The annual UBC Department of Orthopaedics Research Day took place Wednesday, May 1 in the Chan Centre at BC Children’s Hospital. This one-day event featured UBC Orthopaedics residents, fellows, and graduate students research.

Grand Rounds
UBC Department of Orthopaedics Grand Rounds offer a range of clinically relevant, educational topics for a generalized audience of trainees and faculty members. Grand Rounds are held on Wednesdays from 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM PST.
