New Publication! Pediatric Hip Arthroscopy Review

UBC Orthopaedics resident Dr. Helen Crofts and faculty members Drs. Parth Lodhia and Mark McConkey have published a review of pediatric hip arthroscopy. The article, published in Current Reviews of Musculoskeletal Medicine, provides an overview of indications and treatment outcomes for pediatric hip arthroscopy. Indications reviewed include femoroacetabular impingement, borderline hip dysplasia, septic hip arthritis, and residual deformity and intra-articular pathology following slipped capital femoral epiphysis and Legg-Calve-Perthes disease.
