We are proud to announce that UBC Orthopaedics Resident, Dr. Mikaela Peters, was awarded the 2022 COA Diversity in Leadership Scholarship!
About the Scholarship: The Canadian Orthopaedic Association (COA) is committed to promoting access to leadership opportunities to develop and support underrepresented groups within the Canadian orthopaedic community. In its second iteration, applicants may receive up to $500 CAD to attend a leadership course or conference of their choice. The scholarship is open to all members, including residents, fellows, active surgeons and allied health professionals.
