What began as a short visit to Nepal for Dr. Peter Wing, UBC Clinical Professor Emeritus of Orthopaedics and former spine surgeon and Dr. Claire Weeks, UBC Clinical Assistant Professor Emerita, physiatrist and spinal cord rehab specialist blossomed into a lifelong friendship and professional alliance with Medical Director, Dr. Raju Dhakal.
