Join orthopaedic surgeons, residents, fellows, students, and other trainees from Canada, the US, and around the world at the second annual UBC Whistler Orthopaedic Summit (Whistler Summit). The Whistler Summit combines three world-class conferences to provide current and practical updates in all aspects of orthopaedic surgery:
- Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Symposium (January 29 – 31, 2026)
- Adult Trauma Course (January 30 & 31, 2026)
- Canadian Paediatric Orthopaedic Trauma Course (CPOT) (January 30 & 31, 2026)

- All prices are in Canadian dollars and include taxes
- Registration includes access to all lectures, breakfasts, and coffee breaks, as well as the Friday evening welcome reception. Lunch is not provided on any of the conference days, except for participants in the Deformity Workshop.
- Sessions will NOT be recorded
- Group rates at the Westin Whistler are available to registered conference participants until January 2, 2026. You will receive Westin booking information with your confirmation email.
- Cancellations: No refunds or transfers, unless you cancel in writing to orthopaedics.cpd@ubc.ca by January 3, 2026. A $100 cancellation fee will apply.

- The Westin is a four-star all-suite resort located in the heart of Whistler Village, steps away from the Whistler Conference Centre. A conference rate is available for conference attendees. Please book your accommodation before January 2, 2026, to secure the conference rate.
- Accommodation details will be provided upon registration.
- Cancellation Policy: Attendees who book at the Westin will be charged a full, non-refundable pre-payment on December 29, 2025. Cancellations made on or after December 29, 2025, are non-refundable. This will also apply to any no-shows and early departures.
Accreditation
The Division of Continuing Professional Development, University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine (UBC CPD) is fully accredited by the Continuing Medical Education Accreditation Committee (CACME) to provide CPD credits for physicians. This activity is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by UBC CPD. You may claim a maximum of 12.5 hours (credits are automatically calculated). Each physician should claim only those credits accrued through participation in the activity.
