Our next Women in Orthopaedics (WORTH) workshop, “Case-based exploration of a day in the life of an orthopaedic resident,” is online and open to all young women, women-identifying individuals, non-binary and gender-nonconforming students (grades 10-12) across British Columbia!

The Department of Orthopaedics was honoured to host Dr. Daniel Berry from the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota , as the inaugural Dr. Clive Duncan Visiting Professor on November 20, 2024.  The day consisted of Grand Rounds, complex case rounds and teaching sessions with residents, fellows and staff. Dr. Berry delivered an additional presentation on academic orthopaedics. Watch Dr. Bas Masri’s engaging presentation on the history of UBC Orthopaedics and the significant impact Dr. Clive Duncan.
