The UBC Department of Orthopaedics and the BC Orthopaedic Association (BCOA) invite you to the annual Orthopaedic Update and BCOA Annual Meeting. This two-day conference brings together orthopaedic surgeons from across British Columbia to explore the latest research and advancements in clinical practice.
Your conference registration includes conference materials, breakfast, lunch and breaks over the 2 days, as well as the BCOA Reception at Joey Bentall One on Thu, Apr 30. There is also a UBC Orthopaedics Alumni, Graduation & Awards Night and Dance Party at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver on Friday, May 1; tickets for this dinner can be purchased separately with your registration.
Please note: all registered attendees will have access to the group rate at the Delta Hotels Vancouver Downtown Suites (adjacent to the Wosk Centre for Dialogue). The link to book your accommodation will be included in your confirmation email.
Accreditation
The Division of Continuing Professional Development, University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine (UBC CPD) is fully accredited by the Continuing Medical Education Accreditation Committee (CACME) to provide CPD credits for physicians. This activity is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by UBC CPD. You may claim a maximum of 13.25 hours (credits are automatically calculated). Each physician should claim only those credits accrued through participation in the activity.
