We are excited to share that the North American Spine Society (NASS) awarded the prestigious 2019 Leon Wiltse Award to UBC Orthopaedics faculty member, Dr. Charles Fisher. This award recognizes excellence in leadership and clinical research in spine care.
Dr. Fisher is Professor and Head of the Division of Orthopaedic Spine Surgery at the University of British Columbia and Head of the Combined Neurosurgical & Orthopaedic Spine Program at Vancouver General Hospital.
